Laura Spaeth (Kranny) was really helpful to us four months before we were serious about buying in Prescott. She knew we were not committed at that point, but she spent four hours with us out of her day. Five stars to her at the beginning. She helped us when we returned in December. When we found our new home in Prescott she was in constant communication with us about questions or concerns we had. Five star service during our house-hunting period. The day before we left to go back to California she noticed that there weren't enough vents in the crawl space of our new house. When we returned to live in our new home in Prescott, our house had many more vents than before we left. This is the extended five star service that Laura (Kranny) provided to us.
Laura is one of the best realtors we have ever used, and we've used plenty! Two skills we believe are key to a great realtor are local knowledge and exceptional listening skills. Laura has both. Since we decided to build new, she could have easily been done with us once the paperwork was signed over a year before construction was complete. Instead she continued to stay in touch and give us updates throughout the build (which took almost one year exactly). We never asked her to do that, but weren't local so that was very appreciated. We’ve referred her a couple of times and will continue to do so every time I hear of anyone wanting to part in the Prescott area.
When we moved from Prescott, Laura led us through the smooth, painless and profitable sale of our home. She was immediately responsive to every question along the way. She let us know how best to present our home for photos and viewings. She helped us acquire a detailed home inspection and led us to contractors to handle quick fixes. When we asked her advice on a list price, she suggested a price that would reflect our home's assets but would also bring in a number of eager buyers. From showing our house for 3 days, we had 24 viewings, half of whom put in offers. All but 2 exceeded our asking price. Laura is a pro. She made our home sale a breeze!
